Caleb serves as a Principal and leads the Houston office of Flatrock Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC which he founded in 2004. His focus is on representation of the end-user throughout the commercial real estate industry. Caleb takes the time to understand the business of each client and their goals in an effort to tailor a solution for each specific client. Once the goals have been identified, he and his team develop the risk reduction strategies related to the leasing, acquisition/disposition, design build and build-to-suit projects assisting in the implementation throughout the entire process. Having gained experience throughout his career with National Commercial Real Estate firms, he has always felt that there was an opportunity to improve service to the client through a more entrepreneurial approach which was one of the cornerstones of starting Flatrock Commercial Real Estate Group, LLC. Caleb offers a more personalized service to each client by eliminating the bureaucracy that plagues the larger firms within the industry. He reduces risk and exposure of his clients which has resulted in long-standing business relationships throughout the United States.

Industry organizations and peers alike have consistently recognized Caleb and his team for their efforts. He has been named a “Heavy Hitter” and a peer MVP by the Houston Business Journal on a regular basis since 1999. He has been recognized by owners as a “Top Broker” several times throughout his 26-year career. Caleb is committed to being one of the most informed and capable corporate real estate experts in the industry. Being a designated and certified member of both SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) has placed him among the top 3% of commercial real estate professionals throughout the world to have earned both designations.

When not fiercely protecting the interests of his clients, Caleb enjoys spending time with his wife and children, flying, golfing and relaxing on the water.
